Pretty good

It would've been more interesting if the caged animal was "personificated" just like the guineapiggies to see how they would interact. Btw, on the second panel, it's "whose" not "who's". Keep up the good work.

Almost flawless

This piece is almost perfect except for a few things: her looks a bit too chubby/round, her belly doesn't have enough features like grooving and a belly button and stuff, and her eyes are a tad too far away. Other than that, it's very pretty and looks good as a post card of some sort or a poster. The colouring and shading are gorgeous.

Cool

The textures on the hair and cloth are excellent and the face is very realistic. The fuzziness of the brush is a bit annoying, though. If you wanted it like this, it would have been better to apply some sort of blurry filter, instead. The ear is a bit too small and the eye is too far (seemingly) from the nose's bridge. Background is pretty.

Very strange face

The facial features are scattered around and really disproportionate. Her left eye isn't supposed to be tilted. It would make sense, due to the angle, but no matter what the angle is, they're both always straight. The nose is too much on the right side of her face. The mouth is too low and on the edge of her face.
If you compare all the facial features except her right eye, they look way off on the facial structure.
Other than that, the rest is well drawn. The hair is very pretty and realistic and so is the shape of her head. The shoulder/arm and neck are realistic, too. Keep working and use references for the face.

Flawed

The overall picture is pretty and all, but there are some serious flaws here and there. Her right arm and shoulder, torso, her right cheek, and the space between her eyes. Is there a reference picture?

some of the flaws are due to some areas being hidden and I had to improvise those bits so that picture could become complete. Another portion of flaws are due to exaggerated transforming where I stretched and collapsed picture in a way to improve overall impression and to hide anatomy flaws that appeared because my smartphone camera distorted the image. I can insist that in real life the picture looks way better in terms of proportions.

Cool

This is pretty professional looking. Nice pacing, panel organization, and all that. Good character design, too. With the writing, I notice a lack of apostrophes. Do use them.
