I really should get back to animating, but inspiration and effort is at an all time low.
May I offer some constructive criticism?
You just need to work on the shapes of your characters. Those two almost look like the same person, in different clothing. Nevertheless, I like your drawing style. :)

For me, I watch a few cartoons here for inspiration. It helps to come up with an idea that you will be interested in an not leave unfinished.
I'm still getting used to drawing on the tablet. The woeful guy is supposed to be smaller and thinner. Need to fix that. I'm also trying to show the "old" with the lines and the sag, etc. Anyway, thanks. Still learning.
