And in response to what you said to captainlolz (oh God I can't believe I just typed that), there's nothing wrong with being rejected. There's everything wrong with expecting everyone to love you & hating them/ an entire group if they don't. As for being used, I reserve judgement until I get clarification on what you consider it to be. Though, working from my definition it is a bad thing in /some/ instances.
